(2015-02-19) On 19 February 2015, Cathrin Nylander, CFO of Kitron ASA
("Kitron"), purchased 45 000 shares in Kitron at an average price of NOK 1.83
per share.

Following the transaction Cathrin Nylander holds 45 000 shares and 600 000 share
options in Kitron.
