On 24 February 2020, Mindaugas Sestokas, Managing Director, UAB Kitron, Lithuania, has sold 150,000 shares at a price of NOK 11.63 per share. Following the transaction Mindaugas Sestokas holds 366,978 shares and 150,000 options in Kitron. This announcement is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
