Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA to listing on Oslo Axess.
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of listing must satisfy the listing
requirements on Oslo Axess.
The President and CEO of Oslo Stock Exchange determines the first day of listing, no later
than 5 July 2019
