Oslo, 30 May 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the "Company") on 23 May 2023 regarding the successful completion of a private placement with gross proceeds of NOK 550 million (the "Private Placement").
The share capital increase related to the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
Following such registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 60,229,143 divided into 60,229,143 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00.
