Oslo, 11 August 2023: Reference is made to the warrants issued by the General Meeting of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (“KCC”) on 24 September 2018. Hundred Roses Corporation (“HRC”) has exercised all of its 14,020 warrants giving right to one share each. Exercise price adjusted for paid dividends is NOK 26.06 per share. The remaining number of outstanding warrants after the exercise is 215,068 with final exercise date 24 September 2023. The remaining warrants are held by closely associated companies of primary insiders.
The share capital increase related to the exercise of warrants has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. Following such registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 60,243,163 divided into 60,243,163 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00.
