Oslo, 30 August 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 29 August 2023 where Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the "Company") announced the completion of a new sustainability-linked senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 500 million with maturity date on 5 September 2028. In conjunction with the bond issue, the Company will repurchased NOK 508.5 million of the outstanding bond KCC04 (ISIN NO0010874530).
