Astrup, has on 07/04/2015 purchased 300,000 shares in
Storm Real Estate ASA at NOK 11.95 per share. Holdings
after this transaction are 2,989,207 shares. Aconcagua
Management Ltd thus passed the threshold for major
shareholding notification at 15% and now holds 16.3% of
the shares in the company.
Storm Nordic Fund has on 07/04/2015 sold 300,000 shares at
11.95 NOK per share. The fund is managed by Storm Capital
Management Ltd, who also manages Storm Real Estate ASA.
Holdings after this transaction are 800,000 shares. Storm
Nordic Fund thus passed the threshold for major
shareholding notification at 5% and now controls 4.4% of
the shares in the company.
