The board of directors of Storm Real Estate ASA has resolved to cancel the EGM, which was planned on Monday 19 March 2018, where the subject was application for de-listing from Oslo Stock Exchange and listing for trading on Merkur Market.
The Board will instead consider including this matter in the calling notice for the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 15 May.
