In accordance with the shareholder resolution of 15 May 2018 Storm Real Estate ASA has now completed the share capital reduction by NOK 33,571,336.74.
The capital reduction is registered in the Norwegian Business Register.
The company's share capital is after this NOK 1,766,912.46 divided between 88,345,623 shares, each with a face value of NOK 0.02.
