Storm Real Estate ASA - Occupancy rate increased to 64% in the Gasfield building

Reference is given to the quarterly presentation on 10 August 2018, where the company gave a status of the letting process. The company has today entered into an agreement with a Russian Media Group to occupy 1275M2 of the building. They will move to the premises on August 27 2018 and increase the occupancy to 64%. The tenor is 11 months with possibilities to extend on a rolling basis. The rent is fixed around current market rates.

The contract is in line with our strategy to focus on a variety of clients to create a stable revenue environment for the future.
