Storm Real Estate ASA - mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 03.07.2019. Reference is given to the public announcement published on 27 June 2019, where the company informed about the annual general meeting. During the general meeting on 27 June 2019 the chairman of the board, Stein Aukner, subscribed for 7 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02 per share, at a subscription price of NOK 0.02 per share. The total was NOK 0.14. The subscription was done in connection with the resolution of the reverse share split, see section 11 in the attached translation of minutes from the annual general meeting.
