Oslo, 23.10.2019. Reference is given to the public announcement published on 30 September 2019, where the company informed that it had signed a conditional agreement with Swedbank AB valid until 31 October 2019.
The company has today entered into an extension of the agreement so that it now will lapse at the latest on 30 November 2019 if the conditions are not met.
If the agreement is completed, it is likely that the company has a financial fundament to continue operating.
