Oslo, 28.02.2020. Reference is given to the public announcement published on 15 January 2020, where the company informed that it had signed a conditional agreement with Swedbank AB valid until 28 February 2020.
Today the parties have agreed to extend the agreement so that it now will lapse at the latest on 6 March 2020 if the conditions are not met.
If the agreement is completed, it is likely that the company has the financial ability to continue operating.
