Reference is made to the calling notice for the annual general meeting (AGM) in Storm Real Estate ASA, published on 3 June 2019. The AGM is to be held on 24 June 2020. To the item number 12 on the agenda, election of auditor, the Board of Directors proposes to elect PricewaterhouseCoopers AS as the Company's auditor.
