Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Storm Real Estate ASA on 17 November 2020 regarding its agreement to acquire KMC Properties AS. ABG Sundal Collier, DNB Markets and Swedbank have been mandated to arrange a virtual fixed income investor roadshow commencing on 17 November 2020. A NOK 1,850 million equivalent senior secured bond transaction in NOK and/or EUR with 3 and/or 4 years tenor may follow, subject inter alia to market conditions. Net proceeds from the contemplated transaction will be used to refinance debt as part of the acquisition of KMC Properties AS and for general corporate purposes.
