Reference is made to the resolutions by the extraordinary general meeting of KMC Properties ASA ("KMC Properties" or the "Company") on 18 December 2020 to change the Company's name from Storm Real Estate ASA to KMC Properties ASA and change the Company's municipality from Oslo to Trondheim.
The changes of name and municipality have today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's registered office is changed to Dyre Halses gate 1A, 7042 Trondheim, Norway.
New ticker code for the Company on Oslo Børs will be announced separately. ISIN number and instrument ID remains unchanged.
