Trondheim, 2 March 2022: Reference is made to KMC Properties ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement published on 21 February 2022 regarding the issuance of new shares in the Company.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 2,772,105 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 56,928,729.80, divided into 284,643,649 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.20
