IMPROVED DIRECT SALES FOR KOMPLETT IN 1Q 2011

Highlights during the quarter:

· Direct sales up 12 per cent
· Sales of MNOK 959 (+ 5%)
· Contribution margin ratio of 13.2 per cent
· EBIT: MNOK 4.8 (+ 66%)
· Opened a new Pick-up-Point in Fredrikstad

The Group presents its monthly sales figures on the fourth trading day
of the following month. The next monthly sales report will be for April
2011, and it will be published prior to the opening of the Oslo Stock
Exchange on Monday, 5 May 2011.
