Disclosure of shareholding
On 13 October 2016, Columbia Management Investment
Advisers, LLC ("CMIA"), a United States registered
investment adviser which is fully owned by Ameriprise
Financial, Inc., disposed 442,642 shares in Kongsberg
Automotive ASA ("Kongsberg") on behalf of certain
funds and accounts over which CMIA has discretionary
investment management and voting authority.
Following such transaction on that date, CMIA
beneficially owned 20,027,136 shares in Kongsberg,
equal to 4.923 percent of the total outstanding number
of shares of Kongsberg.
