Exercise of employee share options in Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("the Company").
1. Employees in Kongsberg Automotive Group have exercised 247,001 options. Each
share option corresponds to one share. The underlying shares have been provided
by sale of the Company's holding of treasury shares. Subsequent to the
transaction Kongsberg Automotive ASA holds 168,454 own shares. There will be no
share capital increase due to the exercise of share options. The payment has
been determined based on a selling price of NOK 8.6254 per share.
