Teleios Capital Partners LLC ("Teleios"), represented on the board of directors of Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("KOA") has on 13 December 2019, bought 500,897 shares in KOA at a price of NOK 5.1485 per share.
Consequently, Teleios controls through Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. 103,846,758 shares and votes in KOA, corresponding to 23.18% of the issued share capital.
