Capital Increase completed

Kongsberg Automotive ASA which resolved to increase its share capital of NOK 273.034,50 by issuance of 546.069 new shares as directed share issue to its senior managers according to the company's LTI program has completed the capital increase by registration at registrar in Brønnøysund. See previous notification on June 6th. Current share capital after the capital increase is NOK 223.995.506.
