Reference is made to today’s announcement (the “Notice”) by Kongsberg Automotive ASA (“KOA” or the “Company”) regarding its extraordinary general meeting held as of today.
Apollo Asset Limited, a company wholly owned by Arne Fredly (“Apollo”), has acquired 740,000,000 shares (the “Shares”) in the Company at a price of NOK 0.10 per share in the Private Placement. The Shares represent, and Apollo will own, 9.94% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company following registration and completion of the Capital Decrease and Private Placement (as defined in the Notice).
