Teleios Capital Partners LLC ("Teleios"), represented on the board of directors of Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("KOA") has on 15 June 2020, subscribed to and been allocated 1,620,000,000 shares as part of a total issue of 7,000,000,000 shares through a Private Placement approved by KOA’s shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 June 2020. The subscription price is NOK 0.10 per share.
Consequently, Teleios controls through Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. 1,723,846,758 shares and votes in KOA, corresponding to 23.15% of the issued share capital.
