Disclosure of large shareholdings with respect to: Kongsberg Automotive ASA

Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. ("Teleios Master Fund"), managed by Teleios Capital Partners LLC ("Teleios"), has on 21 December 2023 sold 5,074,700 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("KOA"), and thereby crossed below the 25% threshold.

Following the transaction, Teleios Master Fund holds 236,621,968 shares in KOA, equivalent to approximately 24.87% of the total shares and votes in KOA.
