Zurich, July 06, 2023: Kongsberg Automotive ASA (KA) has successfully extended
its syndicated bank loan by 18 months. The revolving credit facility is now
maturing in January 2025.
The original facility was running from July 2018 to July 2023. Given its strong
balance sheet position, KA decided to downsize the existing facility from EUR
50m to EUR 30m.
Danske Bank and UBS commit to a EUR 15m line each.
