On 21 November 2018, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (the "Company"), issued the following bond loans:
•FRN senior unsecured open bond issue 2018/2021 with ISIN NO 0010837586; and
•FRN senior unsecured open bond issue 2018/2024 with ISIN NO 0010837602 (together the "Bonds").
The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of the Bonds on Oslo Børs (the "Prospectus"), which was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway today.
