The discount from market price is subject to taxation. The shares are transferred to each employee's VPS account. A total of 3,981 employees participated in the program. The maximum number of shares per employee was 280. There is a lock-in period of one year for the shares. Enclosed is a list of primary insiders that have participated in the program. After this transaction, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA owns 3,652 own shares.
