KONGSBERG will seek approval from the 2022 Annual General Meeting for cancellation of the repurchased shares. For further information regarding the share buy-back program, please see the stock exchange notifications from 6 May 2021 and 19 May 2021.
The buyback program is carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 ("Safe Harbour Regulation").
Today, 30 August 2021, KONGSBERG has transferred a total of 800 shares to two employees related to the company’s employee share program. See disclosure from 10 June 2021 for further details regarding this program.
After the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 106 171 own shares, corresponding to 0.06% of KONGSBERG's share capital.
