As announced 5 January 2022 and 10 February 2022 KONGSBERG has mandated Danske Bank to purchase MNOK 9.1 of treasury shares on behalf of KONGSBERG related to a long-term incentive (LTI) plan for management. The stock exchange notice dated 5 January 2022 stated that the shares were to be purchased between 11 February and 25 February 2022. The share buy-back under this programme is now completed.

After the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 814 053 own shares, corresponding to 0.46% of KONGSBERG's share capital. Out of these 760 125 shares are related to the buy-back of shares for cancelation where the cancelation of shares will have to be approved by the General Meeting on 11 May 2022.
