On 24 May 2024, Sindre Eirik Martinsen, deputy employee-elected member of the board of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA, sold 1 500 shares in Kongsberg Gruppen ASA at a price of NOK 900 per share. Following the transaction, Sindre Eirik Martinsen owns 1 131 shares in Kongsberg Gruppen ASA.
