On March 19, 2007, pursuant to article 21, section 1 WpHG, Dr. h.c. Tschira
Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG of Heidelberg, Germany informed SAP AG that its
holding of voting rights in SAP AG had, on March 11, 2007, become less than
the threshold value of 5% and that on March 11, 2007 its holding was
15,832,660 shares, that is to say 4.9985% of the voting rights.
On March 19, 2007, pursuant to article 21, section 1 WpHG Dr. h.c. Tschira
Verwaltungs GmbH, also of Heidelberg, Germany, general partner in Dr. h.c.
Tschira Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG, informed SAP AG that its holding of
voting rights in SAP AG had, on March 11, 2007, become less than the
threshold value of 5% and that on March 11, 2007 its holding was 15,832,660
shares, that is to say 4.9985% of the voting rights. Of these shares,
15,832,660, that is to say 4.9985% of the voting rights, are ascribable
according to article 22, section 1, No. 1 WpHG to Dr. h.c. Tschira
Verwaltungs GmbH via Dr. h.c. Tschira Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG.
