On June 14, 2013, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, fell below the
3% threshold of the voting rights on June 13, 2013, and on that day
amounted to 0.08% (this corresponds to 1,025,062 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 0.08% (this corresponds to 1,019,303 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft according to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
Of these voting rights 0.0005% (this corresponds to 5,759 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft according to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
