1. On May 8, 2014, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, USA,
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 6,
2014 its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, exceeded
the 3% threshold of the voting rights and on that day amounted to 3.04%
(this corresponds to 37,376,088 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are attributed to BlackRock International
Holdings, Inc. in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6
in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
2. On May 8, 2014, BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier,
Jersey, Channel Islands, informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that on May 6, 2014 its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG,
Walldorf, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights and on
that day amounted to 3.04% (this corresponds to 37,376,088 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are attributed to BR Jersey International
Holdings L.P. in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6
in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
