1. On September 24, 2014, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A., informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its voting rights in SAP SE, Walldorf, Germany, fell below the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on September 22, 2014, and on that day
amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 36,723,077 voting rights). All of
these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock Advisors Holdings,
Inc. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection
with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
2. On September 24, 2014, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York,
NY, U.S.A., informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights in SAP SE, Walldorf, Germany, fell below the
3% threshold of the voting rights on September 22, 2014, and on that day
amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 36,645,556 voting rights). All of
these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock International
Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in
connection with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
3. On September 24, 2014, BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St.
Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights in SAP SE,
Walldorf, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on
September 22, 2014, and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to
36,645,556 voting rights). All of these voting rights are to be attributed
to BR Jersey International Holdings L.P. according to Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2
of the WpHG.
