Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Kyoto Group AS (the
"Company") on 18 January 2023, regarding the extraordinary general meetings
approval of the share capital increase related to the private placement that was
successfully placed on 10 January 2023. The share capital increase pertaining to
the issuance of the 3,428,571 new shares has today been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
Following this. the Company's registered share capital is NOK 355,473.93 divided
into 11,849,131 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.03.
