Lerøy Seafood Group ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

Member of the Board of Directors of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA ("Lerøy"), Hege
Charlotte Bakken, has on 4 October 2016 accepted to sell 3,150 shares in Havfisk
to Lerøy, pursuant to the mandatory offer (the "Offer") made by Lerøy on 16
September 2016 to acquire all outstanding shares in Havfisk at an offer price
per share of NOK 36.50.

Following the acceptance of the Offer, Hege Charlotte Bakken owns no shares in
Havfisk.

This transaction is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
