Lerøy Seafood Group ASA : MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Lerøy Seafood Group ASA (LSG) has the 21(th) of October 2016 bought 77,506
shares in Havfisk ASA (Havfisk) at an average price of NOK 36.50 per share.
LSG owns 81 562 499 shares in Havfisk, representing 96.36% of the shares and the
votes in the Company. This represents a small correction in relation to the
notification given 21 October at 08.20 am, resulting from the completion of the
transfer of shares from certain shareholders having accepted the offer during
the offer period.

Helge Singelstad and Arne Møgster, both representing Lerøy, are members of the
board of directors of Havfisk ASA.
