bookbuildingen - Tilbudsaksjene priset til kr 22 per
aksje



Link Mobility Group ASA ("Selskapet") melder om
vellykket gjennomføring av bookbuildingen i tilbudet
i forbindelse med børsnoteringen av aksjene i
Selskapet ("Tilbudet").



I hovedtrekk:

· Selskapet vil utstede 1 363 636 nye aksjer i
forbindelse med Tilbudet. Etterfølgende utstedelse av
de nye aksjene vil det være 7 757 886 aksjer utstedt
i Selskapet, hver pålydende kr 1.

· Aksjene er priset til kr 22 per aksje.
Investorer i det offentlige tilbudet og i tilbudet
til de ansatte vil motta en rabatt på kr 1 500 på den
samlede kjøpesummen for aksjene tildelt slike
investorer.

· Tilbudsprisen på kr 22 per aksje gir en
markedsverdi på Selskapet på kr 140,7 millioner.

· Handel i aksjene i Selskapet på Oslo Axess
vil starte på eller rundt 12. desember 2013.

Ca 68 % av aksjene i Tilbudet har blitt tildelt
investorer i det institusjonelle tilbudet og ca 32 %
av aksjene har blitt tildelt investorer i det
offentlige tilbudet og i tilbudet til de ansatte.
Etterfølgende Tilbudet er Selskapet forventet å ha
ca. 800 aksjeeiere.



Beskjed om tildelte aksjer og det tilknyttede beløpet
som skal betales av investorene forventes å bli
kommunisert til investorene på eller rundt 5.
desember 2013. Investorer som har tilgang til
investortjenester gjennom sin kontofører i VPS kan se
antall aksjer de har blitt tildelt fra rundt kl 08:00
norsk tid den 5. desember 2013. Tilrettelegger kan
også kontaktes for informasjon knyttet til
allokering.
