Oslo Børs approves LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA for listing on Oslo Børs.

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA to listing on Oslo Børs. Oslo Børs resolved to grant an exemption from the listing requirements regarding three years' history, cf. the Listing Rules sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2. The exemption is granted due to the fact that the activity has existed, however in other juridical units. It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of listing must satisfy the other listing requirements on Oslo Børs. The Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs determines the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 30 November 2020.
