Sevan Marine ASA informs that the results for the fourth quarter of 2010 will be
published on February 15, 2011, at 8:00 a.m. (CET).

Jan Erik Tveteraas (CEO), Birte Norheim (Vice President Finance) and Oskar
Mykland (CFO) will on the same day at 2:00 p.m. (CET) give a presentation of the
results at Shippingklubben, Haakon VII`s gate 1, Oslo. The presentation will be
in English.
