Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Sevan
Marine ASA to be held on 25 May 2015, each of Gard A.
Skogstrøm and Karl Erik Navestad, both of Arntzen de
Besche Advokatfirma AS, acting separately, have
received proxy based voting rights for 22,893,631
shares, representing 43.52 per cent of the votes in
the Company. Each of Mr. Skogstrøm and Mr. Navestad
are authorized to act separately. Only one of the
proxies will attend the meeting and exercise voting
rights in the general meeting. The proxies are given
without voting instructions. The proxies are valid
only for the Annual General Meeting on 25 May 2016.
