Erik Sneve’s total ownership after this trade directly and through affiliated ownership through close family and other accounts is 544,919 shares, which equals 1.04 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
The initial notification did not disclose that Mr. Sneve also holds 400,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
