Theis Hanang Pedersen, Head of Business Development & Strategy of Magnora ASA, has purchased 2,500 shares in Magnora ASA (“Magnora”) today September 28th, 2020 at an average price of NOK 20.40 per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Pedersen controls 6,300 shares in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.01 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
Theis Hanang Pedersen also holds 50,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
