Erik Sneve, CEO of Magnora ASA, has purchased 25,000 shares in Magnora ASA (“Magnora”) today November 16th, 2020 at an average price of NOK 21.30 per share.
Mr. Sneve’s total ownership after this trade directly and through affiliated ownership through close family and other accounts is 629,919 shares, which equals 1.20 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
Mr. Sneve also holds 450,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
