Shareholder disclosure

We hereby give notice that F2 Funds AS and Financial Funds AS have sold 2.564.066 and 35.934 shares respectively (2.600.000 shares in total) in Magnora ASA (MGN) on March 25th, 2020. As a result, F2 Funds AS and Financial Funds AS now own 1.927.369 shares in MGN, which is equivalent to 3,67% of the issued shares.
