Emilie Schjøtt Brackman, VP Wind & Solar of Magnora ASA, has purchased 2600
shares in Magnora ASA ("Magnora") today 13 December 2021 at an average price of
NOK 19.3 per share.
Following this acquisition, Ms. Brackman controls 2600 shares in Magnora ASA,
which equals 0.005 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
Ms. Brackman also holds 25,000 share options in Magnora ASA.
