Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 15 June 2021 regarding a potential block sale of existing shares in Magnora ASA (the “Company”) by Kistefos AS (the “Seller”).
The Seller has successfully sold 5,557,431 shares in the Company (equal to approx. 9.74% of the Company’s shares outstanding) at a price of NOK 18 per share. Following the sale, the Seller holds no further shares in the Company.
