In reference to stock exchange announcement on 10 April 2022 concerning share
options exercised, the Register of Business Enterprises has registered the issue
of 800 000 new shares. The increased, registered share capital is NOK
28,357,613.25 divided into 57,872,679 shares, each having a face value of NOK
0.49.
