Medistim ASA is giving notice of ordinary general
meeting the 23rd of April 2014. The meeting starts at
10.00 and is held at the company office at Økernveien
94 in Oslo. Attached is the agenda for the meeting
and attendance form. Attached is also the annual
report for 2013.
The Board of Director's have suggested a dividend of
NOK 0.80 per share. If the general meeting approves
the suggested dividend it will go to the registered
shareholders by the end of the day the 23rd of April.
This means that the shares in Medistim ASA will be
traded ex dividend NOK 0.80 from 24.04.2014.
